Reserve your share of farm-raised pork with a deposit. Sold by the half or whole hog.
Our hogs are raised with plenty of room to root and roam, producing pork with exceptional flavor and marbling. Reserve in half-hog increments — a $50 deposit holds each half. Your deposit is applied to the final balance, which is billed by hanging weight once your hog is processed by our local butchers.
